Demonstration Team
Sirota's Alchymy Demonstration Team consists of intermediate and advanced level enthusiastic and dedicated martial arts students and instructors. The Team performs on a regular basis throughout the year. Entry into the Demo Team is by invitation only. Our Demo Team is available to perform at community events throughout Metro Vancouver. Para-Taekwondo Demo Team
Our Para-Taekwondo Demonstration Team consists of children and youth living with various physical and developmental abilities. The Demo Team Members truly display the true meaning of Martial Arts Spirit as they demonstrate passion, courage, dedication and indomitable spirit in every move. Our 'Stars' have brought laughs and tears of joy to countless spectators as they 'Shine' with endless Light. Sightless Self-Defense
Sirota's Alchymy has pioneered the martial arts & self-defence instruction for blind and visually impaired children and adults. In addition to offering classes for the visually impaired at our Centre, we have conducted workshops and presentations on Sightless Self-Defense throughout Metro Vancouver. Our Sightless Self-Defense has been featured in both the local media and several national broadcasts. We are available to present workshops and long term programs for the visually impaired community. Competition Team
Sirota's Alchymy offers a High Performance Olympic Taekwondo Sparring Program for individuals seeking an opportunity to compete at the local to international level. As Taekwondo is an Olympic Sport, our Team Members have the opportunity to represent our Team Alchymy, Team BC and Team Canada in various competitions.
Master Michael Sirota has an extensive background in High Performance Coaching and Leadership. He is an NCCP Level 3 Coach, having coached at the World Championship level. In addition, he has served as the Head of Team Canada on several occasions including the 2004 World University Taekwondo Championships.
Summer Camps
Every summer Sirota's Alchymy hosts various camps for our students and the community. Martial Arts Day Camps are available for Children ages 4 & up as well as children with special needs. Our camps provide a safe, fun and structured environment run by our experienced black belt instructors. See our calendar for the upcoming summer camps.
Fieldtrips
Since 1994, Sirota's Alchymy has been conducting Martial Arts and Self-Defense fieldtrips for Montessori Schools, Elementary Schools, High Schools and Community Organizations.
Sirota's Alchymy offers these programs at our State-of-the-art Martial Arts Centre in Richmond or Vancouver. We are also available to attend your facility to conduct training and educational sessions.

ATTENTION KIDS...This is your chance to be Master Sirota's Assistant and Break a Real Board in front of your friends!
Invite Master Sirota to your class for Show & Tell. Master Sirota frequently attends Elementary & Montessori Schools to present classes on Martial Arts, Stanger Danger, Self-Defense & Bully Prevention and Personal Protection.
To schedule a Show & Tell at your School, pick up a Show & Tell Info Sheet at Sirota's Alchymy and present it to your teacher. Please let your teachers know that these presentations are FREE.

Martial Arts for People with Mobility Disabilities
Sirota's Alchymy offers classes for people with mobility disabilities. We have created positive partnerships with several organizations to deliver these empowering courses to members of our community. We have presented programs for people with Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Cord Injuries, Spina Bifida, polio and other skeletal and degenerative conditions. In addition to offering courses throughout Metro Vancouver, Alchymy Vancouver provides instruction for people with mobility disabilities. Please contact us to register for the next course.
